    Thanks for the share! Incredible and enlightening information that completely solidified by perspective of HR and how we add value.

    One thing that resonates is the large number of HR professionals that don’t meet the business capability after so many years of research. While I knew there was some deficiency, I didn’t realize that is was a 20% rate. I always thought as a consultant had no choice but to look at both the people and business aspect when considering how to align strategy to goals.
