Here is a simply extraordinary HR video to play at your next HR team meeting — especially if you’re talking about recruiting or doing strategic planning. WARNING: It’s starts intentionally very slowly – then picks up speed gradually and ends with a bang. Give yourself a treat and take 6 minutes to watch it all the way through – start to finish!
